Hey, I'm Trisha!

I am spiritual with a side of sass.

I love conversations that take things to new places, where we dream beyond the basics, live beyond the norm, and create beyond the masses, AND I love these conversations to happen in an atmosphere of quick-witted humor, on-point sarcasm, and free flowing f-bombs; where the laughs come easy, and the people don’t take themselves too seriously.

Though I will happily chat at length about who’s dating who and what drama is ensuing on the latest reality show, what I cherish most is meaningful conversation and soul-satisfying connection. I’ll take a metaphysical conversation over small talk any day.

Genuinely connecting in a cozy and casual environment with people I adore who adore me back tops my favourite things to do. I believe a good conversation has the power to change your life.

My Superpower?

I am really f*cking good at listening to and following my intuition.

I don’t force myself to do things if they don’t feel right to do. I have confidence that what’s meant for me will come to me, and I trust that it will happen in a way that honors who I am.

I am more strongly aligned with honoring my intuition than I am to forcing life to meet my expectations, and I am more committed to following my inner wisdom and seeing where life takes me than I am to following someone else’s ideas and expectations of what life should be.

This has sometimes meant that I’ve had to let go of what I thought I wanted at the mind level in order to allow for fulfillment at my soul level, but ultimately my stubbornness has never allowed me to follow any other path but my own.

Because of this, I have a freedom and peace of mind where I get to wake up every day and do the things I love. I choose what I do each day based on what I want to do, not what I think I should do, have to do, or must do. I am able to follow the flow of my life and act on the nudges of my heart.

I choose to trust my soul. ...And I want you to trust yours.

A Snippet of My Story

I have been driven by a deep desire to seek, learn, and understand life. I followed my inner knowing (sometimes obsessively) believing that life was meant to be much simpler and far more enjoyable than we were making it.

Through this seeking, I learned and grew, until eventually, that obsession turned into wisdom and softened into trust - trust in myself, in life, and in my own path.

Acclimating to a higher consciousness wasn’t always easy. At times, it was tough to exist in a world that operated so differently from what I was coming to understand. There were moments of feeling alone as I let go of the old and stepped into something new.

My wish for you is that you never feel alone in your journey.
